The best gin and tonic you will ever taste.

Ingredients for Two Cocktails:

50ml Purist Gin

25ml Simple Syrup 

25ml Limoncello

A few sprigs of mint

A lemon (juice and rind)

250ml of light tonic 

Requires a cocktail shaker.

Method:

1. Pour your Purist Gin, Limoncello, simple syrup and half a squeezed lemon into your cocktail shaker. Add around 5-10 leaves of mint and lots of ice. Shake till it is all thoroughly chilled and combined.

2. Pour out into two glass tumblers in equal measure. Pour 125ml of tonic into each (roughly a small can or small bottle).

3. Add a shaving of lemon and few leaves of mint.

4. Enjoy!
