Since the beginning, we’ve always thought that great gin deserves to look the part. That’s why we came up with Purist Art, we get a fantastic, fresh face for our gin as well as the opportunity to support some terrific artists. Same award-winning gin, all new aesthetic.

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce our brand-new, limited edition collaboration with Scottish Artist, Alexander Millar. One of the most-loved modern British artists and creator of the iconic “Gadgies” series.
Alexander Millar created the piece "Tinsel Tango" specifically for this collaboration. Each of the 495 gin bottles produced will be numbered and signed by Alexander Millar himself.
Artist Profile - Alexander Millar
Alexander Millar’s art is some of the most loved and most recognisable work of any British artist. Well known for his Gadgies; Millar’s magnificent portrayal of the everyday. Millar takes inspiration from the working class men and women of post-industrial cities like Newcastle, where he has lived for much of his life.
Hailing from a tiny, mining village called Springside in Ayrshire, Alexander Millar identifies as a contemporary impressionist and it’s easy to see why. Throughout his landscape work Millar uses visible, intricate brushstrokes to capture moments often defined by their intense colour and light.
Alexander’s work has made a splash across the pond as well! In 2018, his series of works, Everyday Heroes NYC, a Millar Gadgie take on the faithful firefighters who served on 9/11 was exhibited at the New York City Fire Museum.
